I watched the move. "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead", a story of Joe Cross, an Australian who was fat, really sick and really near death.  I saw a lot of my self in him.  It made me take a real look at where I am and where I want to be in 20, 30, and even 40 years from now.  I strongly suggest you challenge yourself to just watch the movie.  I know you will walk away feeling different about how you eat.  Know, going in to it, that you do not have to do the radical fast that I am doing.  A 3-day fast, 10- day fast, or even just adding juice to your diet, can drastically increase your health.
