New Starting Point

Hey!  Just a quick update to let everybody know that there is a new starting point!  For the last week and a half I have been prepping for the juice fast (that started this morning).  Well, on the scale this morning I got a nice surprise....I lost 13 pounds!  I really wasn't thinking that the prep was going to shed pounds, but apparently it does.  So my new starting weight is 250.  That changes goals and everything.  I will mention all that on the video update tonight.  Day one of 60, here we go!

  2. For the first 7 days, I will weigh everyday... After that, once per week.
